Privacy Policy
I/ For the Owner of this website, the protection of Users’ personal data is of the utmost importance. Every effort is made to ensure that Users feel safe when entrusting their personal data while using the website.
II/ Users’ personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to ensure a functional website and services. Users’ personal data is processed solely with their consent. Exceptions are cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and where data processing is permitted by law.
III/ A User is a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, using electronic services available within the website.
IV/ This Privacy Policy explains the principles and scope of the processing of the User’s personal data, the rights to which the User is entitled, as well as the obligations of the data controller, and also informs about the use of cookies.
V/ The Administrator applies state-of-the-art technical measures and organizational solutions ensuring a high level of protection of processed personal data and protection against access by unauthorized persons.
I. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
The personal data controller is ART WIND Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at: ul. Lwowska 25, 65-225 Zielona Góra, Poland, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in: Zielona Góra, Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0000789282, NIP: 9731065119 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner“).
II. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of:
proper handling of website traffic and the recruitment process.
2. The User may also consent to receiving information about news and promotions, which will result in the administrator also processing personal data in order to send the User commercial information, including information about new products or services, promotions, or sales.
3. Personal data is also processed in order to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the data controller and to carry out tasks in the public interest, including tasks related to security and defense or the storage of tax documentation.
4. Personal data may also be processed for the purposes of direct marketing of products, securing and pursuing claims or protection against claims by the User or a third party, as well as marketing of third-party services and products or own marketing that is not direct marketing.
III. TYPES OF DATA
1. Each time our website is accessed, data and information are automatically collected from the computer system accessing the site, in particular:
a) the type and version of the browser used;
b) the User’s operating system;
c) the User’s Internet service provider;
d) the User’s IP address;
e) the date and time of the User’s access to the website;
f) websites from which the User’s system accesses the website: WWW.ARTWIND.EU;
g) websites accessed by the User’s system via the website: WWW.ARTWIND.EU;
h) log files containing IP addresses or other data enabling assignment to the User (if provided on another website through which the User accessed the website: WWW.ARTWIND.EU). This data is stored in system log files and is not stored together with other personal data of the User.
IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ EU L 119, 4.5.2016, pp. 1–88, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation“.
2. The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining prior consent from the User.
3. Giving consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary.
V. USER RIGHTS
1. The User may at any time request information from the administrator about the scope of personal data processing.
2. The User may at any time request correction or rectification of their personal data.
3. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time without providing a reason. The request to stop processing may concern a specific purpose indicated by the User (e.g., withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information) or all purposes of data processing. Withdrawal of consent for all processing purposes will result in deletion of the User’s account from the website, together with all personal data previously processed by the administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect actions already performed.
4. The User may at any time request, without providing a reason, that the administrator delete their data. The request for data deletion does not affect actions already performed. Deletion of data also means deletion of the User’s account, along with all personal data stored and processed so far by the administrator.
5. The User may at any time object to the processing of personal data, both in respect of all personal data processed by the administrator and in a limited scope, e.g., regarding processing for a specific purpose. The objection does not affect actions already performed. Filing an objection will result in deletion of the User’s account, along with all personal data stored and processed so far by the administrator.
6. The User may request restriction of the processing of personal data, either for a specified period or without time limitation but within a specified scope, which the administrator will be obliged to comply with. This request does not affect actions already performed.
7. The User may request that the administrator transfer the User’s personal data to another entity. For this purpose, the User should send a request to the administrator indicating which entity (name, address) the personal data should be transferred to and which specific data the User wishes to be transferred. After the User confirms their request, the administrator will transfer the personal data electronically to the indicated entity. Confirmation of the request by the User is necessary due to the security of personal data and to ensure that the request comes from an authorized person.
8. The administrator shall inform the User of actions taken within one month of receiving one of the requests listed in the previous points.
VI. ENTRUSTING DATA PROCESSING TO OTHER ENTITIES
1. The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the administrator to the extent necessary for the execution of transactions, e.g., to prepare ordered goods and deliver shipments or to provide commercial information from the administrator (the latter applies to Users who have consented to receive commercial information).
2. Apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, Users’ personal data will not be made available to third parties in any way or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of such third parties.
3. Personal data of website Users is not transferred outside the European Union.
4. This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions resulting from Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR.

1. The website uses cookies or similar technology (hereinafter collectively referred to as “cookies”) to collect information about the User’s access to the website (e.g., via computer or smartphone) and their preferences.
